HOW IT WORKS

A trainer, coach, and manager's backup — on every shift.

Chloe is not a checklist app. She calls your team, trains them in the moment, holds the standard, and hands you a scored report before the shift is even over — so nothing rides on a manager remembering to check or an employee volunteering bad news.

TRAINS
Trains your team

Every wrong answer becomes an on-the-spot lesson in the correct procedure. New hires ramp in days, not weeks.

COACHES
Coaches by person

Chloe remembers who struggles with what and weights next week's check toward their weak spots.

ENFORCES
Holds the standard

Food safety, prep, labeling, cleaning — weighted the way a real inspection weights them, every single shift.

REPORTS
Reports to the owner

A scored brief lands before the shift ends. You see what slipped, what improved, and where to focus.

01

Pre-shift text

Fifteen minutes before clock-in, the employee gets that shift's checklist by SMS. Openers, mid, and closers each get their own list, weighted by what a real inspection actually penalizes.

SMS · 9:32 AM
Morning Nick — opener list for Store 40: walk-in temps, line temps, handwash station, slicer, bin labels, sanitizer strips. Call me when you're done. — Chloe
02

Five-minute call

They walk the store, fix what's wrong, then call Chloe to confirm. When an answer is wrong, she gives the correct procedure on the spot — the check and the training are the same conversation.

How long have the meatballs been in the well?
NICK
Since last night, I think.
CHLOE
That's past hold. Reheat to 165°F in a fresh bin and re-label with a 4-hour time. I'll note it for the owner.
03

Cross-shift check

What the closer said they left is compared against what the opener walks into. Mismatches surface automatically and are attributed to the shift responsible — which is why self-reporting stops being the weak link.

MISMATCH DETECTED
Closer reported
Slicer broken down & cleaned
Opener found
Blade guard still soiled
Attributed to Thursday closer. Added to that employee's coaching queue.
04

Instant score

The report lands before the shift is over. Scores roll up daily, weekly, and long-term, and the weakest dimension drives what gets weighted heaviest next week.

SCORING

The number predicts the visit.

Checks are weighted the way real inspections weight them. A temperature miss does not cost the same as a smudged menu board, and Chloe's score reflects that.
